This blog has recently been moved from a different platform, for the reason that WordPress offers better features, for example the ability to easily set up hyperlinks.  Due to this move there will inevitably a period when the blog will have ‘one foot in either platform’, but hopefully any loose ends will cleared up before too long.

The objective of the blog is to investigate the economic Theory of Surplus Value, and the alternative, mainstream, theories.

The blog will be structured around a number of pages, rather than around a series of posts.   The blog pages are available on the drop down menues at the top of the main screen; posts, at least for the time being will be used to comment on issues and matters to do with the blog, rather than theoretical issues or world events.
